Teamies are the active members who run the club alongside the board, chosen through a short application each semester.

Run the club from the inside

Open to CTSC members, by application. Places are limited.

  • Take ownership in Marketing, Events, Partnerships or Content
  • Work directly with trading houses, shipowners and brokers
  • Build a track record and a network before you graduate
  • Shape the club's direction as part of the active team

How the Teamie application works

Applications open at the start of every semester. No commodities experience needed: curiosity and commitment matter more.

  1. Be a member

    Teamies are CTSC members first. Not a member yet? Join for free on UniClubs before you apply.

  2. Apply

    Send us a short application: who you are, which department interests you and why commodities and shipping appeal to you.

  3. Short conversation

    We invite shortlisted candidates for an informal chat with the board to talk through expectations and fit.

  4. Start with your department

    Successful applicants join their department right away and take on real responsibility from the first week.
